Police said they found the drugs behind a number of potted palm trees in the back of the truck after officers performed a vehicle search at 12:45pm on Friday in Elanora.
The 42-year-old driver from Mutdapilly was arrested by police and was charged with one count of possession of dangerous drugs exceeding schedule three (cannabis).
He was due to appear in court today.
