Two people have died in a car crash in a Western Sydney hospital car park.
Police say the incident happened in the Nepean Hospital car park in Kingswood about 3:20pm.
Emergency services were told a woman in her 60s allegedly reversed into another car before hitting a pedestrian, believed to be a woman in her 40s.
Police said both the driver and the pedestrian were assessed by paramedics but were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other car – a woman believed to be aged in her 30s – was treated by hospital staff for shock.
Police said a medical episode could be behind the incident but investigations are continuing.
