There are zero new locally acquited COVID-19 cases in NSW on Monday, with seven fresh cases in hotel quarantine.
NSW acting Premier John Barilaro said 22,275 tests were carried out in NSW to 8pm on Sunday, after previously saying the testing number was about 19,000.

He said, "Testing is crucial.
"My plea today for those in western Sydney, please come out in numbers," Mr Barilaro said.
He said two locally acquired cases were detected overnight, linked to the BWS Berala cluster in Sydney's west, which would be included in Tuesday's cases.
Meanwhile, a wedding venue in south-west Sydney was fined $5000 for breaching the Public Health Order at the weekend, as Sydney and surrounds masked up amid new rules in place from this week.
Police attended the venue in Fairfield about 9.30pm on Saturday after concerns were raised about the size of an event taking place at the site, which has an advertised capacity of up to 1100 attendees.
Speaking on radio station 2GB on Monday morning, Police Minister David Elliott said the venue had been hosting a wedding reception for 700 when it was allowed only 350.
On Saturday evening, police spoke to the venue operator, who assisted in directing a number of the guests to leave.
On Sunday, the venue's licensee attended Fairfield police station where he was issued with a $5000 fine for failing to comply with a noticed dirction under s7/8/9-COVID-19-Corporation.
As part of a number of changes to the Public Health Order in place for Sydney, Wollongong, the Central Coast and the Blue Mountains from Monday, weddings in Greater Sydney are now capped at 100 attendees.
Residents of these areas are also now required to wear masks in a number of indoor settings, including in supermarkets and shopping centres and on public transport.
A $200 fine applies for people who refuse to wear a mask in these settings. There are a number of exemptions, including for children under 12, people with health conditions that preclude them from wearing a mask, as well as for people who would create a safety risk by wearing a mask at their work.
Police responded to two other instances of breaches of the Public Health Order on the weekend.
A 27-year-old Cronulla woman received two $1000 fines in three days for failing to self-isolate after travelling to attend a resort at Byron Bay despite health authorities directing her to self-isolate as a close contact of a coronavirus case.
Two people were also issued fines after leaving their home in Collaroy to holiday in Yamba during the northern beaches lockdown.
