The woman was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition while police arrested the men at a nearby unit complex.
The men – one aged 36 from Mareeba, the other a 40-year-old from Surfers Paradise – were both charged with one count each of torture, wounding, assault occasioning bodily harm and deprivation of liberty.
They are due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court later today.
