Will Victoria's rules follow people if they travel interstate?
Coronavirus questions are back, as Daniel Andrews was asked about the transfer of rules into other states when borders reopen.
Mr Andrews said that, much in the same way that rules for metro Melbourne followed people when they travelled into regional Victoria, it might be that the advice that people take Victoria's rules with them when they travel interstate.
However, Mr Andrews said that he would discuss this with the CHO during the week, at which point advice would be issued.
He did say though, that if you are unwell, you must not travel.
Mr Andrews said that other states had good systems in place and that he was not worried about cases coming into the state.
"We're not pursuing a situation of zero cases every day forever," Mr Andrews said.
"We're doing a strategy of suppressing this virus … off this base, with as many zero days that we can get … that gives us that any outbreaks that come in the future come off this very low base.
"If you want to keep the numbers low we have to get the numbers low, and that's what Victoria has done."
