The case is in Lismore, which is inside one of the 12 local government areas that were added to the border bubble on Monday.

Here's the new exposure sites for Victoria
There's a few construction sites around Ballarat that have made the list overnight (unfortunately these are all tier 1 so anyone who's been there must test and isolate for 14 days):
- A construction site at 155 Majestic Way, Delacombe, between September 8 and 10
- A construction site at Lot 5 Cerberus Lane, Canadian, on September 10
- A construction site at Lot 626 Nozawa Street, Winter Valley, on September 15
And The Alfred's Emergency and Trauma Centre is again a tier 1 site for September 14, between 5:20pm and 10:45pm.

Victoria's AMA has called any move to ease restrictions early 'reckless'
They want them to stay unchanged until two weeks after 80 per cent of people aged over 12 years are fully vaccinated.
Projections show that could take until November (or beyond).
And yes, the government has flagged changes earlier — at 70 per cent of first doses for those 16 and over.
And that's coming up preeetty soon:
AMA Victoria president Roderick McRae described staying in lockdown longer than expected as the "least worst option".
"The key element is not to saturate the public hospital system's ability to look after people who need assistance," he said.

Prepare those Zoom backgrounds — working from home is set to stay
You all know it, but the stats are in: we're working from home more than before, up from 8 per cent to 40 per cent in the past two years.
But would you take a pay cut? If the answer is yes, you're not alone. This review by the Productivity Commission says anecdotally some people would, especially to save on the commute (which on average costs us $57 a day in time and things like, you know, train tickets).
So get ready for more classic moments like this one:

In Sydney, a mass testing site has been set up outside three towers in Redfern
NSW Health says 12 people have tested positive inside the social housing blocks.
There's more than 630 people living there.
Authorities say two-thirds of residents in the three buildings have been vaccinated with mobile vaccination teams visiting.
Residents are considered casual contacts and have to stay inside until they get a negative result.

Questions on the Albury cases
Any further news on the Albury cases including the Beechworth exposure site seems like Vic or NSW Health haven’t updated any exposure sites?-Wodonga Resident
Any news if the Murrumbidgee LGA will be going into lockdown following the two cases in Albury yesterday? Do I make the school lunchboxes?!-Albury Mum
So ICYMI, we had this yesterday:
- Two cases were recorded in Albury, the first community infections for that health district in more than a year
- The NSW deputy premier said yesterday they want to avoid "kneejerk" restrictions and no decision had been made about a lockdown for Albury
Overnight, NSW Health did give us a bit more detail — anyone who was on the 7:43am Central to Albury train on Sunday is a close contact.
But we'll let you know more when we have it (sorry, that doesn't help with the school lunch boxes Albury Mum). Here's a bit more on that exposure site:

And Ballarat's woken up under lockdown
That'll last seven days after four cases were found in the city.
And in case you're wondering, this map from the council gives you the outline of the City of Ballarat:

A positive case in Lismore could put pressure on the 'border bubble'
The town is in one of the 12 LGAs that are part of the bubble with Queensland — and that bubble only restarted on Monday.
The fresh case lives in northern New South Wales and went to Goonellabah Public School on Monday.
The health district has urged anyone with even the mildest of symptoms to come forward for testing.
