More than $100,000 worth of cigarettes have been stolen in a series of burglaries targeting service stations in Victoria's south-east.
Police said each time a man forced his way into the South Gippsland stores through the roof, before cutting the locks and stealing large quantities of cigarettes.
The offender is believed to be between 25 and 35-years-old, 178cm tall with an athletic build.
Police said five incidents took place between July 3 to October 1 between the hours of 3am and 4.15am.
During the last incident on October 1, detectives believe a second man waited outside and assisted with carrying bags of cigarettes to a waiting car.
The second man is described to be 30 to 40-years-old, 178 cm tall with a solid build.
