A desperate search is underway to find a 13-year-old boy in Melbourne who has been missing for two freezing nights.
"Lex" was last seen walking near Kakadu Drive in Wyndham Vale, in Melbourne's south west, on Monday around 12:40pm.
He was last seen wearing a camouflage hooded top, camouflage pants and socks without shoes.
Police hold grave concerns for Lex's welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
"Our main goal is to find Lex and get him home," Senior Sergeant Megan O'Sullivan said yesterday.
"If he's watching, if he could just approach a member of the public and let them know who he is or contact a police station.
"He's not in any trouble. We just obviously want to find him."
It comes as a cold front moves over the state.
A low of 1C has been forecast for today.
