Victoria has recorded a 17th consecutive day without any new coronavirus cases or deaths.
However, three cases are still classed as active.
The Department of Health and Human Services said 6,695 test results had been received since yesterday, the lowest number of tests in more than a week.
Yesterday, the state's 14-day count of cases with an unknown source fell to zero for the first time since the state's second wave began.
Today, Melbourne Museum, the Immigration Museum and Scienceworks have reopened for the first time in several months.
With restricted visitor numbers, Museums Victoria says bookings are essential.
On the weekend, many Melburnians flocked to the regions to enjoy their first weekend of freedom since the metropolitan-regional border came down and the 25-kilometre travel limit was scrapped.
Among those getting out of town was the state's Chief Health Officer, Brett Sutton, who has taken a week of leave, his longest break since January.
With a run of days without new infections, some are calling for mandatory mask rules to be relaxed, particularly in increasingly hot parts of regional Victoria.
Premier Daniel Andrews yesterday said he may outline changes to mask rules on Sunday when he announces the next step of eased restrictions.
Yesterday he reiterated his Government's stance that masks were an insurance policy, especially as the state began to open back up.
"It is a small thing to do, but it is making a big difference," Mr Andrews said.
"They will not be here forever, but will remain as long as they help keep the numbers low," he said.
Deputy Chief Health Officer Allen Cheng on Saturday suggested mask rules could be relaxed for outdoors but remain mandatory indoors.
Under questioning from reporters, he said that could occur within the next month, but when and how the rules might change would depend on a number of factors.
