Toddler struck and killed by car in Ocean Grove - The Age

A one-year-old girl has been struck and killed by a car in Ocean Grove on Friday.

Ambulance officers were called to Connewarre Place just before 5pm after the toddler was struck in the driveway of a home.

The child died at the scene.

Police have closed off the street and remained at the scene on Friday evening. They'll prepare a report for the Coroner.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dash-cam footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online.
