Southwestern Sydney has come out in force for testing ahead of a spike in COVID-19 case numbers in the area.
Long queues formed in Prestons as 18 new venues of concern were identified as hotspots by NSW Health including a medical centre, bank ATM and a butcher all in the inner-west suburb of Burwood.
A car dealership in Revesby and supermarkets in Canterbury, Revesby, Casula, Maroubra and Bonnyrigg have also been added to the list.
