Yesterday's two new cases will be counted in NSW's official tally for today
Did we know about these two new cases yesterday or is this the first time they have been mentioned? Announcing cases after The 8pm reporting cut off is making it hard to keep track of cases we do and don’t know about. Was it 9 or 11 cases this time yesterday?-Confused
Oi, you're not alone there, Confused.
Yesterday, NSW officially recorded two new local cases but we heard about both of them on Sunday, before the formal count was released.
To make things even more confusing, we also heard of two new... new local cases in the state yesterday, but NSW Health wasn't notified about them before the 8pm deadline so they'll be counted in today's official tally.
There are 11 cases in the Bondi cluster and, yes, that includes those two latecomer cases.
